Trump Lies & Tweets (Busing Voters into New Hampshire) February 20, 2017

On Sunday, February 12, 2017,  in an interview on ABC’s This Week, Stephen Miller, White House Advisor said the following:

"This issue of busing voters into New Hampshire is widely known by anyone who’s worked in New Hampshire politics. It’s very real, it’s very serious."

That is a lie.

On Monday, February 20, 2017 Corey Lewandowski, Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, broke with the president saying that despite Trump’s claims that people were bused into New Hampshire from Massachusetts to illegally vote for Hillary Clinton, there is no evidence to support that claim.

So, the Donald Trump Regime keeps lying… and, we keep counting.

Trump Lies & Tweets (Electoral College votes) February 16, 2017

On Thursday, February 16, 2017,  during a press conference Donald Trump claimed the following:

that his victory over Hillary Clinton was 306 electoral votes to Clinton’s 232 and the biggest since Ronald Reagan’s 1984 win

That is a lie.

His Electoral College victory actually ranks 46th out of 56 presidential elections. In fact, Barack Obama won more electoral votes in 2008, and George H.W. Bush won more in 1988.

So, Donald Trump keeps lying… and, we keep counting.

Trump Lies & Tweets (sanctuary cities) February 5, 2017

On Sunday, February 05, 2017, Donald Trump said the following on Fox News

Sanctuary cities, as you know, I’m very much opposed to sanctuary cities. They breed crime. There’s a lot of problems.

That is a lie.

Limited research on the effect of such policies has found no evidence that they lead to overall increases in crime rates.

In fact, some law enforcement officials say that in the big picture, sanctuary policies can help to reduce crime.

Trump Lies & Tweets (Mexican Remittances) January 30, 2017

On Monday, January 30, 2017, White House Counsel Kellyanne Conway said the following:

"Here's the fact: The No. 1 source of income into Mexico are Mexicans working here and sending the money back."

That is a lie.

The value of Mexican exports to U.S. is 10 times bigger. Remittances do not rank No. 1 on the U.S.-Mexico income flow list. Rather, U.S. purchases of Mexican goods -- to say nothing of services -- are more than 10 times the size of remittances.
